Ronnie Draper and Pamela Fitzpatrick suspensions lifted

Ronnie Draper, general secretary of the Bakers Union and Pamela Fitzpatrick, Labour Councillor, have had their suspensions lifted.
Pamela was invited to speak to London Region to make her case and Ronnie had a hearing on Friday. This is excellent news and a vindication of our case that these suspensions have been, in most cases, unnecessary and politically motivated.
But a number of other expulsions and suspensions have been announced. These include chairs and secretaries of constituency labour parties as well as delegates to conference.
We must continue to campaign for equal treatment for all those denied their vote in the leadership election!
Each and every one should demand their own fair hearing and if the Labour Party cannot accommodate that then all suspensions should be lifted until the leadership election is over. No punishment without due process!
Sign the statement and join the campaign. #stopthepurge
